A men's suede zip jacket cut to a clean, uncomplicated shape. An outer layer for the parts of the year that need one without needing a heavy coat.
The zip collar closes right up when the wind gets in and drops open when it does not.

It goes over a T-shirt on a mild evening and over a sweater when the weather turns properly. A mid-layer like this covers more of the year than either a coat or a knit does on its own. Size it to go over what you actually wear underneath, not over a T-shirt, or it will only work half the year.
